AmbleWorks — Terms of Service

본 약관은 AmbleWorks(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 소프트웨어 제품 및 웹사이트(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 귀하는 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

1. 서비스 내용

운영자는 생산성 향상을 위한 여러 소프트웨어 제품(브라우저 확장, 웹 도구 등)을 제공하며, 제품별로 무료 기능과 유료 기능이 함께 있을 수 있습니다. 제품별 세부 내용은 각 제품 페이지에 따릅니다.

2. 운영자 정보

AmbleWorks는 별도 법인·사업자 등록 없이 개인이 운영하는 서비스입니다. 사업자등록번호·통신판매업신고번호는 없으며, 문의는 이메일 ambleworksai@gmail.com으로만 받습니다. 사업자 등록을 마치면 본 조항에 상호·대표자·사업자등록번호를 갱신합니다.

3. 계정

귀하는 정확한 정보로 계정을 생성해야 하며, 계정 자격 증명의 보안에 대한 책임을 집니다.

4. 결제 및 구독

유료 서비스가 있는 경우 결제는 결제 대행사를 통해 처리되며, 정기 결제 상품은 별도 해지 전까지 자동 갱신됩니다. 가격은 사전 고지 후 변경될 수 있습니다.

5. 환불

환불 정책은 별도 페이지(환불정책)에 정한 바에 따릅니다.

6. 금지 행위

서비스를 역설계, 재판매, 또는 관련 법령에 반하는 목적으로 사용하는 행위를 금지합니다.

7. 서비스 변경 및 중단

운영자는 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 사전 고지 후 변경, 중단할 수 있습니다.

8. 책임의 한계

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 운영자는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

9. 준거법

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다.

These Terms govern your use of the software products and website (the "Service") provided by AmbleWorks ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

We provide a range of productivity software (browser extensions, web tools, and similar), each of which may combine free and paid features. Details for a specific product are set out on that product's own page.

2. Operator information

AmbleWorks is currently operated by an individual, without a registered business entity. There is no business registration number or mail-order sales registration number at this time; contact is by email only, at ambleworksai@gmail.com. This section will be updated with a trade name, owner, and business registration number once the business is registered.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.

4. Billing and subscriptions

Where a paid product exists, payment is processed by a payment processor, and recurring charges renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with prior notice.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.

7. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service with prior notice.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
