AmbleWorks(이하 "운영자")는 서비스 제공을 위해 최소한의 개인정보만 수집합니다.

1. 처리자 정보

AmbleWorks는 별도 법인·사업자 등록 없이 개인이 운영하는 서비스입니다. 개인정보 관련 문의도 운영자 본인이 직접 처리하며, 사업자등록번호는 없습니다. 연락처: ambleworksai@gmail.com. 사업자 등록을 마치면 상호·대표자·사업자등록번호를 갱신합니다.

2. 수집하는 정보

• 계정 정보: 이메일 주소, 소셜 로그인 식별자
• 결제 정보(유료 제품 이용 시): 결제는 결제 대행사가 처리하며, 운영자는 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 직접 저장하지 않습니다
• 서비스 이용 데이터: 제품 이용 기록(로컬/클라우드 동기화), 이용 로그
• 기기 정보: 브라우저 종류, 대략적 위치(국가 단위), 언어 설정

3. 이용 목적

서비스 제공 및 운영, 결제·구독 관리, 문의 응대, 서비스 개선을 위한 통계 분석에 사용합니다. 목적 외 용도로 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.

4. 보관 기간

계정이 유지되는 동안 보관하며, 탈퇴 시 관련 법령이 정한 기간을 제외하고 지체 없이 파기합니다.

5. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁

결제 처리, 클라우드 호스팅, 이메일 발송 등 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서 위탁 처리자를 사용합니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 자신의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 운영자에게 요청할 수 있습니다.

7. 국외 이전

결제·클라우드 인프라 특성상 정보가 국외 서버에서 처리될 수 있으며, 관련 법령에 따라 안전조치를 적용합니다.

AmbleWorks is currently operated by an individual, without a registered business entity. 2. What we collect

• Account data: email address, social login identifiers
• Billing data (for paid products): payments are processed by a payment processor — we do not store card numbers ourselves
• Usage data: product activity (local/cloud sync), activity logs
• Device data: browser type, coarse location (country level), language setting

3. How we use it

To operate and provide the Service, manage billing and subscriptions, respond to support requests, and analyze usage to improve the product. We do not sell data to third parties for unrelated purposes.

4. Retention

We retain data while your account is active and delete it without undue delay after account deletion, subject to legally required retention periods.

We use processors as needed to operate the Service: payment processing, cloud hosting, and transactional email.

• 무료 사용 횟수는 기기 내부에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 이 확장은 어떤 개인 식별 정보도 수집, 저장, 판매, 공유하지 않습니다.

• This extension only processes text that you explicitly drag-select on a web page.
• Selected text and translation results are processed by Chrome's built-in on-device AI and are never sent to an external server.
• Language settings (source/target language, sentence-by-sentence mode) are stored only in your browser's local storage (chrome.storage).
• Pro licensing: the license key you enter is sent to Lemon Squeezy (api.lemonsqueezy.com) solely to verify that it is valid, together with a device instance identifier generated by Lemon Squeezy. The key and instance identifier are stored only in your browser's local storage. No name, email address, or payment information is handled by this extension — all payment processing happens on Lemon Squeezy's own checkout page.
• Free usage counts (how many translations you used today) are stored only on your device and are never transmitted.
• This extension does not collect, store, sell, or share any personally identifiable information.
