AmbleWorks — Refund Policy

결제·환불 대행사 안내

모든 결제와 환불은 결제 대행사 Lemon Squeezy를 통해 접수·처리됩니다. 운영자(AmbleWorks)는 카드번호 등 결제 정보를 직접 보관하지 않으며, 환불도 Lemon Squeezy 시스템을 거쳐 지급됩니다.

1. 30일 환불 보장

유료 제품을 최초로 결제한 경우, 결제일로부터 30일 이내에 사유를 묻지 않고 전액 환불합니다.

2. 환불 요청 방법

Lemon Squeezy가 발송한 영수증의 환불 링크를 이용하거나, ambleworksai@gmail.com으로 요청하시면 Lemon Squeezy를 통해 환불을 접수해 드립니다.

3. 처리 기간

환불 요청 확인 후 영업일 기준 5일 이내에 Lemon Squeezy를 통해 처리되며, 결제 수단에 실제 반영되기까지 카드사 정책에 따라 추가 시일이 걸릴 수 있습니다.

4. 30일 이후 · 갱신 결제

최초 결제 30일 이후 또는 자동 갱신된 결제 건에 대해서는 원칙적으로 환불하지 않으며, Lemon Squeezy 고객 포털 또는 ambleworksai@gmail.com을 통해 언제든 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다.

5. 예외

서비스 중대한 장애로 정상 이용이 불가능했던 기간에 대해서는 별도로 부분 환불 또는 크레딧을 제공할 수 있습니다.

Payment & refund processor

All payments and refunds are handled through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. AmbleWorks does not store your card details directly, and refunds are issued back to you through the Lemon Squeezy system.

1. 30-day guarantee

For a first-time purchase of a paid product, we offer a full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days of the charge.

2. How to request a refund

Use the refund link on the receipt sent by Lemon Squeezy, or email ambleworksai@gmail.com and we'll submit the refund through Lemon Squeezy on your behalf.

3. Processing time

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of confirmation via Lemon Squeezy; funds may take longer to appear depending on your card issuer.

4. After 30 days / renewal charges

We generally do not refund charges after the initial 30-day window or renewal charges, but you can cancel anytime through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by emailing ambleworksai@gmail.com.

5. Exceptions

For periods where a major outage prevented normal use of the Service, we may issue a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
